OWENSBORO, KY – The Brescia University women’s volleyball team fell in three sets to IU Southeast. The Lady Bearcats drop to 1-10 on the season and 0-3 in RSC play.

OWENSBORO, KY – The Brescia University women's volleyball team fell in three sets to IU Southeast. The Lady Bearcats drop to 1-10 on the season and 0-3 in RSC play.
The first set started off competitive for both teams as they traded points on the floor. With the 10-6 lead, the IUS offense was riddled with attack errors while a block by Cheaney Archer would knot the score at 10 apiece. The Bearcats struggled to keep up with the Grenadiers as IUS would take the first set, 25-18. The Bearcats would lose steam in sets two and three scoring only score 20 total points as IUS takes the match 3-0.
Women's volleyball will take the court again at home this coming Friday against St. Mary of the Woods College with a start time of 7pm.
