Bearcats compete in Fred Wilt Indoor Meet

The lady Bearcats track and field team competed in the Fred Wilt Indoor Meet on Saturday February 27th. Competition for the Bearcats began with the 60-meter dash, which featured Tori King who posted a time of 9.26. King also competed in the 60-meter hurdles where she ran a 10.90 and the 200-meter dash with a time of 31.88.

Makenzie Jackson was the other lady bearcat that competed with King in the Indoor meet. Jackson competed in the one-mile run where she clocked a time of 6:08.19. Jackson also competed in the 3000-meter run where she posted a time of 11:41.62.

The lady bearcats will return to action March 26th as they travel to Transylvania University for the Transy Pioneer Invite.
