Lady Bearcats Compete in Depauw Indoor Classic

The lady Bearcats track and field team competed in the Depauw Indoor Classic on Saturday February 20th. Competition for the Bearcats began with the 60-meter hurdles, which featured Tori King who placed 8th overall with a time of 11.65. King also competed in the 60-meter dash where she ran a 9.24 and the 200-meter dash with a time of 32.30.

Makenzie Jackson was the other lady bearcat that competed with King in the Indoor Classic. Jackson ran in her first collegiate 3k placing 6th overall with a time of 11:41.62.

The lady bearcats will return to action February 27th as they travel back to Anderson University to compete in the Fred Wilt Invitational.
