Lawrence Tech Fall Invitational

Both BU Men/Women's Golf Teams participated in the Fall Invitational at Heritage Hill hosted by Lawrence Tech College just outside Louisville KY. The Lady Bearcats were lead by Brooklyn Spicer with her 22nd place finish overall with scores of 84/81 while the Men were lead by Weston Wood with scores of 70/79 for a 12th pace finish overall.

The Bearcats faced some stout competition the past two days on the demanding Heritage Hill layout. Each team is showing signs of better play,however the lack of consistency on and around the greens has been the main culprit this semester for both Bearcat teams. Coach Cox is quoted " its the one of a couple of things we can fix that just isnt clicking yet for us, we have to get better on and around the greens for sure". "we are developing new ways to measure our course metrics so that we can improve in the upcoming offseason to better prepare us for our spring season".

Both Women and Men's Teams wrap up the fall season with a home tournament at home in a week and a half at the Pearl club in the KWC Fall Invitational.
