Bearcats Compete at IU East Invitational

The Brescia men's cross country team opened the 2021 season competing at the IU East Run With the Wolves Invitational on Saturday, September 18th.
The Bearcats competed on a tough course in Richmond, Indiana, which features several rolling hills and turns.
The Bearcats were led by Benjamin Brown (JR/Memphis, MI), who completed the 8k course in 25th place with a time of 32:12.
Wes Wheatley (JR/Hawesville, KY) was the next finisher for the Bearcats, placing 40th. He was followed by James Barrow (JR/Elizabethtown, KY), who placed 44th.
Draven Stewart (SO/Leitchfield, KY) rounded out the Bearcats' day, placing 46th.
The Brescia men's cross country team will be back in action on October 2nd to compete in its second meet of the season.
