Five Bearcats Win at BU Invitational
The Brescia men's track & field team competed in the first ever home meet on the Bearcats' new track facility on Saturday, January 30th, against Midway University and Kentucky Wesleyan College in a non-scored competition.
"We saw some good competition today," said Head Coach Luke Stoffel. "We had five different men win at least one event and several more who would have finished in scoring position in other events. I'm happy with where the team is at this point in the season," said Stoffel.

Mason Aschenbrenner (JR/Ottumwa, IA) started off the sprints/hurdles events for the Bearcats, running the 60m hurdles in 8.57 seconds, which resulted in his first win of the day. Aschenbrenner also set a new school record in the 60m hurdles, breaking Jayden Wesley's previous best of 9.48 seconds.
