Cheercats take 5th

Your lady bearcats take 5th place out of 8 teams in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference! Your lady bearcats placed 5th over all in the peliminary round, and the 6th overall in their conference.

"We traveled with 4 girls this time around, due to an injury. I could not be more proud of these girls!" stated Coach Wooldridge. "For being the first team to ever compete for Brescia University, and it being my first season we did incredible things this year. We left it all on the mat for our seniors."

The Bearcats would take an automatic 5 point decuction for not meeting the minimum of 8 athletes on the mat. "We may have taken that 5 point deduction, but that was the only decution we had both rounds." Stated Coach Wooldridge.

How the scores are calculated is 25% of the preliminary score and 75% of the final round score will be added together. In the event of a tie, the score from finals will be used to break the tie.
